Click the Google Sign-Up button and select the Gmail account you want to use for signing up.
After signing up, you will be redirected to the home page. On this page, you will see various app features. Click on the 'Auto SMS Reply' box to access this feature.
When you click the box, the app will ask for some permissions. You need to grant these permissions to allow the feature to work properly.
You will now see the Auto SMS Reply page. If no messages have been created yet, it will show an empty list. Click the 'Create' button to add a new message.
On the new page, you will see input fields to set up your message. First, select the schedule type from three options: - **All Day**: The message will be sent throughout the day. - **Selected Days**: The message will only be sent on specific days you choose. - **Selected Date**: The message will be sent only on a specific date. Then, enter a title in the 'Title' input field (this will be displayed in the message list). In the main message input field, type the message you want to send to customers. Finally, click the 'Save' button.
After clicking the 'Save' button, your message will be added to the message list. This image shows how your saved message will appear in the list.
Go to the Settings screen. Here, you will find these options: - **Select SIM**: Choose the SIM card that has an active recharge plan. - **Message Duration**: This setting controls how frequently messages are sent. For example, if a customer calls repeatedly, you can set the message to be sent every 6 or 10 hours to avoid spamming.
Finally, select the event when the message should be sent. You have three options: - **Call Pickup**: The message is sent when you answer a call. - **Call End**: The message is sent when the call ends. - **Incoming Call**: The message is sent when you receive an incoming call. Once these steps are completed, your app setup is finished. You may need to grant additional permissions as prompted.
Some devices require additional permissions to allow the app to run in the background. If you are using a Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus, or Realme phone, you may need to manually enable background run permissions from the device settings. Without this, the Auto SMS Reply feature may not work properly.
